School Ministries Activating Released Time (SMART) in Northeast Ohio is a regional network made up of Churches across city and denominational lines offering bible classes to students during the school day.

 

HarvestNet is partnered with School Ministries Ohio, who has successfully launched religious teaching programs like SMART throughout the state of Ohio.

 

Covered under the Religious Released Time public policy, SMART is approved by both Federal and State legislation and allows for students to leave campus one day a week for 1 hour during the school day to learn about the Bible. At the High School level, students can be approved for school credit by attending SMART as a daily elective in their school schedules. ​
