HarvestNet hosts an annual NEO Leadership Summit to gather God's leaders who are called to minister vocationally in either the Work-space or the Church-space (and sometimes both).

​These leaders can have similar Ephesians 4 callings, but different assignments. Therefore, this Summit will focus on "Connecting Sunday to Monday." The Big Idea is for Church-space and Work-space leaders to lean into the John 17 prayer of Jesus together to be unified in the work of seeing God's Kingdom come on earth as in heaven. This unity is not an end-goal, but a divine strategy to bring about the fulfillment of the Great Commission in our spiritual neighborhood of NE Ohio.

We understand that the unity of John 17 has got to look like something, for how else can the watching world see this oneness of God's leaders and people be displayed. Our understanding is that the citywide (cap-C) Church is the God-ordained vehicle to do this. It is therefore imperative to envision, engage and equip Kingdom-minded leaders who are called to serve vocationally in the church-space and the work-space in collaborative ministry in today's post-modern milieu. Each year's Leadership Summit features stimulating presentations, times of Q+A, and table discussion drill downs. In addition, participants make new connections, build and strengthen friendships with like-minded and Kindom-oriented influencers, and enjoy great fellowship over times of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Times are also scheduled to offer personal ministry, and of commissioning prayer.
